Why can’t I log in?

The Service Area for Alumni was relaunched in 2024 and has been integrated into the overarching Mein DAAD service portal. Should you have already used the (former) Service Area in the past, you can unfortunately no longer use your old login data. Please use a DAAD ID in the future, which you either already possess or would have to set up.

Should you have successfully logged in using your DAAD ID and are still not able to access the Service Area for Alumni, it could be that our system is not automatically recognising your alumni status. In this case please use the following function to check your access rights: www.meindaad.de/alumni-access.
